1960's ranch

My name is Joyce and I am the proud new owner of my first home! I wish I could tell you it was one of the easiest processes I have ever been through, but I would be lying! Buying a house was very stressful! I can tell you that I would have never been able to make it through without Marge! She is incredible! Marge was very proactive to keep one step ahead of the lender. She fought many battles for me with the lenders. Marge lined up inspectors and contractors, and electricians when needed. She was my wise counselor and biggest cheer leader. I can truly say that Marge was as excited as I was when we got the keys to the house. 1930's Period Tudor

When my wife and I first came to Portland, Marge took us to all the neighborhoods pointing out the uniqueness of each. We told her what we wanted, what  we could afford, and what kind of neighborhood we wanted to live in, and she showed us many, many homes that suited us. 1990s Ranch

Margery Bare is a sweet kind and caring person and she was my realtor.  She did everything she could do to find us a home. We viewed three, four and sometimes five homes a day.  She listened to what we were looking for; she listened to what area we wanted to live in.  She also encouraged us to look at homes in areas we were not interested in.  In doing that she was able to get us in the perfect home that we are living in today.  Margery is my realtor, and we feel we have made a friend for life.
